We may (but are not obliged to) arrange to transfer funds to different bank accounts. Notwithstanding the fact that we agree to this, we shall not be liable for any errors made by us in the amount transferred, provided that the total amount transferred pursuant to this Agreement is correct. Funds appearing in the Client’s account may include agreed or voluntary bonuses and incentives or other amounts not directly deposited by the Client or derived from trading based on actual deposited funds (“Undeposited Funds”). Please note that unless expressly agreed otherwise, funds not deposited are not available for immediate withdrawal.

NON-DEPOSITED FUNDS, including any winnings made as a result of or derived from same, are not Client funds. If a withdrawal of undeposited funds has been confirmed, Alpha International has the absolute right to reclaim all such funds. Other Agreements: In addition to the above and without limiting the generality of this clause: confirm that the bank account details are complete and correct and that you will notify us immediately if they change and provide us with any documentation we request respect of such revised bank account; Confirm that the bank account (unless otherwise agreed by us) relates to a bank account opened in your country of primary residence; Acknowledge and accept that we are under no obligation to transfer funds to or accept funds from any account other than the bank account. Except in the case of fraud (which does not include fraud by a third party), we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of your trading with monies deposited or credited to your account in error by or on our behalf. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS POLICY (WD POLICY) Trading any investment opportunity that can generate profits requires Alpha International clients to deposit funds into their online accounts. Winnings can be withdrawn from the online account. Deposits and withdrawals are governed by this WD policy and the generally applicable terms and conditions. DEPOSITS You, the Client, must make all deposits from one source (e.g. a single bank account). If you wish to start trading you should ensure that this account is held in your country of residence and in your name. To confirm that a SWIFT confirmation is authentic it must be sent to Alpha International, to confirm the origin of the money used for trading. If you do not comply with this WD policy, you may not be able to deposit the funds via bank transfer. If you have not signed up and traded from your account within three (3) months, 10% will be deducted from your account each month. WITHDRAWALS In accordance with generally accepted rules and regulations, withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or credit/debit card that you used to deposit. SUBMITTING A WITHDRAWAL REQUEST

The request is generally processed by Alpha International within 2 to 5 business days of receipt. To avoid delays, please check your details carefully before submitting your request. Alpha International accepts no responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies made by the account holder. The processing of corresponding withdrawals takes 3 to 5 business days. Alpha International cannot monitor and is in no way responsible for the internal procedures of the customer’s credit card company or bank. The customer must independently track the credit card or the respective bank. Funds will be credited to your credit account once your credit card issuer has withdrawn funds from our account. This process can take up to 2-14 business days or longer to be reflected on your credit card account. If you do not have online access to your credit card, this should appear on your next statement(s), depending on your card’s billing cycle. Please note clearly that we are not bound by any time frame and any additional fees charged by third parties will be deducted from the deposit or withdrawal. Additional Fees: If the receiving bank uses an intermediary bank to send/receive funds, you may incur additional fees, charged by the intermediary bank. These fees are usually charged for your bank to transmit the transfer. Alpha International is not involved in or has any control over these additional fees. CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
If you select an account in a currency other than USD (United States Dollars) for credit card deposits, your credit card will be charged appropriately in accordance with the amount deposited and the applicable exchange rates. Additional credit card fees may apply to the exchanged deposit (in such cases you may notice discrepancies between the deposit amount and the amount charged to your credit card). Customers must accept these slight variations that may occur and will not attempt to charge this back. If you have used a credit card to deposit funds, trade online and decide to withdraw your winnings, the same credit card must be used. The withdrawal amount per credit card is only permitted up to an equal amount of money deposited per credit card or less. Larger amounts must be transferred to a bank account.
CURRENCY
Your account can consist of different currencies. In any way which, in Alpha International’s reasonable opinion, affects or is likely to affect the provision of the Alpha International service to the Company or Alpha International or its shareholders and/or affiliates and/or directors and/or counsel and/or or trustees and/or bankers and/or customers and/or corporations and/or reputation.
3.1.6. In violation of any license or right of any third party.
3.1.7. Attempting to disrupt any Alpha International service to any User, Host or This includes without limitation:
3.1.7.1. flooding of networks;
3.1.7.2. DOS (Denial Of Service) attacks of any kind;
3.1.7.3. Deliberate attempts to overload a service and attempts to crash a host;
3.1.7.4. Any attempt to abuse, manipulate or take advantage of a bug, software bug, security backdoor or breach, latency differential;
3.1.7.5. resale of services;
3.1.7.6. Any type of automated, cooperative or multi-user operation (expressly including tandem trading) to circumvent or use the Services or systems;
3.1.7.7. To transmit e-mails, code or files that contain computer viruses or corrupted data, or Trojan horses or tools that compromise the security of any website or user data. This expressly includes spyware and malware of any kind
3.2. You acknowledge and agree that the list of Prohibited Activities in Clause
3.3. You will not permit any person who is not a Customer to use or access the System, and you will not copy, distribute, publish, transmit, display, modify, create derivative works based on, report or otherwise exploit the System, in whole or in part, for use by other people.
3.4. The trademarks and logos displayed on the system are registered trademarks of Alpha International and/or their respective persons. Any use of such marks may only be permitted after obtaining written consent. Network Security
4.1. You may not:
4.1.1. Violate or attempt to violate the security of Alpha International or attempt to interfere or interfere with Alpha International’s networks, authentication measures, servers or equipment.
4.1.2. Attempting to bypass user authentication or security of any host, network, or account, which includes accessing data not intended for the recipient, logging into a server to which access is unauthorized, or verifying security other networks.
4.1.3. Attempt to gain access to accounts or computer resources that do not belong to you through the Alpha International system and/or services. Breach of this AUP
5.1. Alpha International is authorized to take organizational, automated and discretionary measures to ensure compliance by all users with this AUP and any other rules and policies.
5.2. Any right of Alpha International hereunder, expressly including the right to impose a sanction, shall in no way obligate Alpha International to exercise that right (or to impose any such sanction).
5.3. The failure of Alpha International to exercise any right herein shall not be deemed a waiver of that right, including the imposition of any particular sanction.
5.4. Alpha International may prevent any person from accessing the System and may take such reasonable measures as Alpha International deems necessary to prevent such access if Alpha International becomes aware of circumstances giving rise to the Giving an assumption that a login is being misused.
5.5. If you or any other person breaches any term of this AUP, Alpha International may, without notice to Alpha International and without any liability to Alpha International and/or its clients and/or any other party:
5.5.1. Request explanations, authentications, documentation, or other evidence or details relevant to an investigation.
5.5.2. Prevent client access to the system for cause at its sole discretion.
5.5.3. Repair, rectify and/or reverse customer transactions in order to process a refund for and through Alpha International or a third party.
5.5.4. Set-off, deduction and/or seizure of funds and/or information in its sole discretion in accordance with the law and/or any court order or direction of any competent investigative or law enforcement agency. 5.5.5. suspend or terminate Alpha International’s use of its systems and/or services;
5.5.6. Take whatever action you deem appropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, Alpha International’s exercise of any rights herein shall not require Alpha International to compensate the user for loss of access to Alpha International’s system and service.
5.6. A breach of this AUP by a person who has only indirect access to the Alpha International service through you will be considered a breach on your part, including whether or not the breach was committed with your knowledge or consent. You are responsible for all actions of its customers to whom it provides its services directly or indirectly.
5.7. Alpha International may work with system administrators or other network or computer service providers to enforce this AUP or any other provider’s policy.
5.8. Alpha International may involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
